Logging in is the first thing you do after registering, and the point at which a surprising number of people get stuck — usually for one of three ordinary reasons.

What you need

Your consultant number and your password. The number was issued at registration; if you did not save it, it appears in your registration confirmation.

Log in on Faberlic's official site. This matters more than it sounds: sites impersonating well-known brands exist, and a login form is exactly what they want you to use. Type the address yourself rather than following a link from a message.

The check worth doing straight away

Once in, open any product page and look at the price. If it is lower than the public catalogue price, everything is working — your account, your consultant status and your discount.

If it looks like the retail price, you are either not actually logged in or your registration did not complete. Resolve that before doing anything else; it is the foundation for everything.

When it will not let you in

Three causes cover nearly all cases.

Wrong number. Consultant numbers are long and easy to mistype. Copy and paste it rather than typing it.

Wrong password. Try the password reset before trying a fourth guess — repeated failed attempts can lock an account temporarily.

Wrong site. Check the address bar. If you arrived via a link someone sent you, go to the official site directly and try again from there.

If none of these apply, it is a support matter rather than something to solve by retrying. Faberlic's own support handles account access; your sponsor cannot.

Why this page has no screenshots

The login interface differs between the website and the mobile app, changes over time, and is not identical in every country. Step-by-step instructions with pictures go stale quickly, and following stale instructions is more confusing than following none.

For the current process, the official site is the only source that is guaranteed to match what you are actually looking at.

Keeping access

Save your consultant number somewhere that is not a chat thread. Use a password you have not reused elsewhere. Both sound obvious and both are the reason people lose access months later.

For what the account is actually for once you are in, see the business section.
