Your account is where everything practical happens. New consultants often open it, find more than they expected, and close it again. Here is what it is actually for.
The four things you will use
Ordering. The main one. You browse the catalogue while logged in, which is what shows you consultant prices rather than retail, and place orders from there.
Your discount. Applied automatically. The account is where you confirm it is working — if prices look the same as a visitor sees, something is not set up correctly.
Order history. More useful than it sounds. It tells you what you bought and when, which matters because the catalogue rotates roughly every three weeks and a repeat purchase is not always still available.
Your details. Contact information, delivery addresses, notification preferences.
Everything else in there is for people who have built something. Ignore it until you have.
The one check worth doing on day one
Log in and look at any product page. If the price shown is lower than the public catalogue price, your account is working. If it is not, resolve that before anything else — nothing else matters until it is right.
Why this guide has no screenshots
The interface changes, and it differs between the website and the mobile app and between countries. A guide describing which menu sits where would be wrong within months, and following stale instructions is worse than following none.
For anything specific — where a setting lives, how a particular figure is calculated, what a status means — the official Faberlic site and its own help materials are the reliable source. They are also the only ones that reflect your country's version.
What to ignore at the start
Reports, structure views, qualification figures. These exist for consultants with an organisation, and reading them in month one produces confusion rather than insight — most of the numbers will be zero, and zero tells you nothing.
Come back to them when you have people in your structure and the figures start to mean something.
If something is wrong
Account and order problems go to Faberlic's own support, not to your sponsor. Sponsors can explain how things work; they cannot fix an account.
For what to actually do in your first weeks, see the checklist in the business section.
