Who processes your data
The personal data operator is Herman Joukov, Karkom, Israel. This site is an information resource of an independent Faberlic partner and is not a Faberlic company website. For any question about your data, message us in any messenger listed on the Contacts page.
What we collect and why
- Contact form (the Contacts page and the "Still have questions?" block on the home page): your name, a contact for our reply (phone, e-mail or Telegram) and your message — to answer you and help you choose products.
- Partner registration form (the Registration page): your name, phone number and e-mail — to complete your Faberlic consultant registration and contact you.
- With every request we store the page address, the date, your IP address and browser type — as protection against spam and abuse — plus the Yandex.Metrica visitor ID (ClientID) and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click identifier (Google Ads, Yandex Direct), so we can tell the ad systems which visits led to a request and see which ads work. Until you send a form, the ad click identifier is kept in your browser (local storage) for up to 90 days.
By submitting a form you consent to the processing of this data for these purposes. We send no marketing mailings.
Who else receives the data
- Faberlic — only the registration form data, and only as far as the registration itself requires. After that your account lives in the personal cabinet on faberlic.com, under the Faberlic privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, bot protection for the forms (Turnstile), storage of requests (server in the EU, Frankfurt) and forwarding of request e-mails.
- Google LLC — the Gmail mailbox that receives the requests, plus Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Yandex LLC — Yandex.Metrica.
Transfers abroad
Your data is processed outside the country you are in: in the EU (Germany), the USA, Russia and the country where the operator is based; for Google's servers the storage country is not fixed in advance. Some of these countries may not ensure the same level of personal data protection as yours. The risks are fewer ways to enforce your rights and access to the data by those countries' authorities. By submitting a form you also consent to such transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as they are needed to reply and to see a registration through, but no longer than three years after your last contact; on request we delete them sooner. Analytics and advertising data are kept under Google's and Yandex's own rules and settings.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site uses Yandex.Metrica (including Webvisor, which records interaction with the page) and Google Analytics. They use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, referral sources and actions on the site.
We advertise the site with Google Ads and Yandex Direct and use visit data to show our ads online and measure how well they work (including remarketing — showing ads to people who have visited the site). Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet and use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to this site.
How to opt out: turn off personalised Google ads in Google Ads Settings, ads by other vendors at optout.networkadvertising.org, and Yandex.Metrica with its opt-out add-on. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
At any time you can withdraw your consent; find out which of your data is processed, how, and who received it; have it corrected; and have processing stopped and the data deleted. Message us in any messenger on the Contacts page: we answer requests for information within 5 working days and carry out other requests within 15 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before it; without the form data we cannot answer your request or complete a registration.
Messengers
If you write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber, the conversation happens inside those services and is governed by their own privacy policies.
