Elena told this story on a live broadcast of the Faberlic Online project, and described it herself like this: "This is not a superhero story. It is the path of an ordinary woman who decided not to stop."

Not her first time in network marketing

An important detail: Faberlic was not her first experience. Elena had already worked in network marketing. She had experience and knowledge — what she did not have was a system that would let her keep growing. That is a common situation: someone can sell and talk to people, but hits a ceiling because there is no training behind them, no clear mechanics for growth and no mentor.

At some point she made a decision few people make — to start again. From zero, in a new company, where nobody knew her.

The conditions she did it in

Elena is a mother of three. In her own words: no flexible schedule, no "ideal conditions," no magic button. Only the desire to build something of her own.

That is worth stating plainly, because success stories usually leave these inputs out. Three children is not background colour — it is a timetable the business has to be fitted into. Not "when I have time," but in the gaps between school, nursery and dinner.

What happened within a few periods

The results she shared:

  • closed the Director qualification;
  • reached VIP status;
  • her team grew;
  • a pickup point of her own opened;
  • the first real results appeared.

She also addressed a question that matters to a lot of people outside the big cities: how to open a pickup point quickly even in a small town. This is exactly the case where geography is not a limitation but the opposite — in a small town there is less competition for attention and more trust in someone local.

What is useful here

Three things worth taking away:

  1. Experience is not wasted. Changing companies is not starting from absolute zero: communication, sales and people skills travel with you.
  2. It is not about free time. Someone with three children has none by definition. It is about the decision and the consistency.
  3. A system beats enthusiasm. Its absence is what stopped her growth last time — and its presence is what produced results this time.
