Your structure is everyone who registered under you, plus everyone who registered under them, and so on. Your account shows it as a tree.

For most consultants it is empty for a long time, and that is normal rather than a problem.

What the view actually is

A list of people and their activity, arranged by who introduced whom. It exists because the compensation plan calculates partly on the volume moving through that group, so you need to be able to see it.

The rules about how far down it counts, and what portion counts toward what, are set out in Faberlic's own plan. Those specifics vary and change, so read them there rather than in any summary.

Why it is the least useful screen early on

Two reasons.

It is usually empty. Looking at an empty structure repeatedly does nothing except make you feel behind. Nobody has a structure in month one, including the people who later have large ones.

It measures the wrong thing at this stage. In the first year, the things that determine whether this goes anywhere are product knowledge and whether people come back to you with questions. Neither appears here.

What it is genuinely useful for later

Once there are people in it, the useful signal is not the size but the pattern:

  • Who is active, so you know who to actually help. Someone placing orders is worth your time in a way that a dormant registration is not
  • Who has stopped, which is usually the moment a conversation would matter
  • Where growth is coming from, if anywhere

That is a support tool, not a scoreboard. Consultants who treat it as a scoreboard tend to recruit for numbers, and numbers of inactive registrations are worth nothing to anyone.

A warning about depth

A wide, shallow structure of people who registered and never ordered is a common outcome of pushy recruiting, and it produces no volume. A small structure of people who actually use the products produces more.

This is the practical argument for the approach in the business section: introduce few people, honestly, and help them properly. It grows slower and it does not evaporate.

How often to look

Once per catalogue cycle at most, and only once there is something in it. Before that, there is nothing to see and the checking is a substitute for the work.
